Campground Purchase Capital Campaign
Please help us secure the future use of the Knife River Campground for the benefit of the community we share. Based on two years of planning and the overwhelming support of its members, the Knife River Recreation Council (KRRC) will be purchasing the campground adjacent to the Knife River Heritage and Cultural Center, in the heart of the village. Following the purchase of the property, the entire community will be invited to help define the future use of the campground property.
The challenge now is to secure the balance of funds needed to complete the purchase. We are almost there. Over 85% of the total purchase price is already committed! But we need to raise the rest by October 30, 2026, to close the purchase. The goal is in sight, but the time is short.
