Find getting up and down from the floor challenging
What to expect in class:

Reducing stiffness and pain through awareness, movement, and relaxation
Building community and having fun
What to bring:
Comfortable, layered clothing
1 large bath towel
1 yoga block (or a large, thick book)
A yoga mat
Please arrive 10 minutes early to register and get set up.
